Yes, they work. I was pretty much an anxious 20 year old guy with no way around people. Now I'm much more confident, do more of the things I like.

Tore first question for you. You have 200 posts and I haven’t had a chance to go through them all, but I have a question.
You mentioned in your 2003 post that you turn on the player and have your breakfast, surf the web etc. Did you use headphones or were the tapes playing on regular stereo speakers? . I have browsed this site and have an idea ofhow others are using the tapes but wanted confirmation on your usage since I would also like to use it so that my conscious mind can continue with whatever I need to do while my subconscious mind absorbs the effects and benefits of these paraliminals.
Do they work, if I don’t use headphones? I get that the effects are better with headphones but what about without?
Also, I suppose I could fall asleep listening to any of these and it is fine. Right?
Anyone can answer the question - I just addressed it to Tore because I was referring to his 2003 post.

track 3 is the paraliminal sleep track on most of em...make sure to check your booklet...but yea just put head phones on turn your volume to a level low enough to where u can tune it out,and set ur cd player to repeat that track and go to sleep....or just do whatever chores or websurfing u normally do..I like to listen to the sleep track while I'm playing poker online  which usually lasts at least an hour or so

tonez323, I am sorry to be so dense but are you telling me that track #3, I can listen to without headphones?
I don't have any booklets as my friend just gave me the CDs - I will check with him to see if he has any material for me.

Oh one more question ... how much time should I give, if I don't see any results? I was thinking 6 weeks. Does this sound good?

If you don't have the Booklet's that come with the CDs you're missing an important part of the Paraliminals. The answer to your question and more are in the booklet.

Yay!!!! I just spoke with my friend, he has everything that came with the CDs. He is going to scan one of the booklet for me right now.
I can also pick up the rest of the CDs and the original material that he has on paraliminals. He says he hasn't been using them so I can borrow them. He tells me he has quite a collection.
Can't wait!!!!! He is going grocery shopping right now so I can only pick them up late this afternoon ....oouuuu why does he have to go shopping right now? LOL!!! Nah, he is great! I am glad he suggested these tapes.
New year is already looking promising!
