I am just wondering if this is something someone with a disability ( paralysis of both arms) can do, and if so, how?

They would just visualize their are doing the movement. It's just like the visualization done by Olympic skiers - they spend more time going through the course in their head than physically doing it and the brain doesn't know the difference, so it's still sending the signals - just at a lesser level.

Hi when I first started I couldn't stand up so just did what I could and as Shawn says, imagined doing the rest. It took me three months to see results - many take less.
Be patient, persevere and Know that SFQ works.
