Which would be the best paraliminal tapes to help me with improving my speech? I have trouble saying my r's. Recently I tried some speech therapy techniques and I can produce the correct sounds when I'm really concentrating, but obviously it does not feel easy and natural yet. Hence I thought paraliminals would be perfect to help me reprogram my brain to make it become natural.

I think Automatic Pilot will work here. You have demonstrated the ability and just want your inner self to take over the habit and make it constant.

New Behaviour Generator would be another option. However I feel that Automatic Pilot would be the most productive in this case.
