hello!
I am wondering if there is a "starting point" paraliminal--one that helps you to figure out what the heck it is you really want. I have self-esteem supercharger, prosperity, auto-pilot, and belief, plus the new sonic access programs, but it seems they all require you to have a pretty good idea of what you want to focus on. I have just ordered Clear Mind Bright Future and Natural Brilliance, but my fear is they will also require a specific goal or focus in order for them to work. It just seems like focusing on my "wants", "intentions", or goals is like building a sandcastle with sand that's too dry--I scrape together a select amount of grains, carefully form them into a solid shape, but the minute I take my hands off it, it just reverts back to a formless pile of sand. It seems like I have as many "wants" as there are grains of sand, and I can't seem to steadily keep my focus on any of them for very long. Is there a paraliminal that specifically deals with finding what is your heart's true desire, so that the less important ones can be pushed back a little so that the most important one can be seen a little easier? Any input would be helpful! jojo

Not deciding what you want is actually a form of self-sabotage, so you might want to start with Self-Esteem Supercharger, with the "goal" of stopping the self-sabotage. Only phrase it positively - and the challenge for you to think of how to do that will be worth doing on your own.

Take a couple of pages of paper (don't type on your computer) and draw three colums (2 larger and one smaller), and write out - in order to gain a little more solidity to your thoughts - about three or four "goals" for each of the following topics, and a specific "do-able" date for each:

1. Financial Goals
2. Career/Business Goals
3. Free Time/Family Time
4. Health/Appearance Goals
5. Relationship Goals
6. Personal Growth
7. Making a Difference (as in charitable donations, tithing, volunteering, etc.)

Make sure you use big enough goals to challenge yourself - even if you miss meeting the goal(s) initially, you will have to grow more if you choose large enough goals.

Next to each goal, write down the reason(s) you want it. Leave a column as well to fill in when you achieve the goal.

Read the list over daily. Use the list when you want to choose a paraliminal for something that will propel you forward. You are the boat. The "goals" are your destinations, and the paraliminals (and daily reading) will be the wind in your sails.

Happy sailing!

Unis

PS: I actually did this for myself today - been procrastinating all week about it - but TODAY was the day to do it - and the energy it released when I finally got around to it was just huge. Idea's on what else I want to do are just pouring out now. The "ideas" presented above are courtesy of Jack Canfield (buddy of Pauls).

Use the New Options Generator if you're stuck on what you want to do or what you can do.
