New programming is like putting fresh water into a bucket of dirty water, drop by drop. It takes a while more than 30 days of subliminal messaging to clear that bucket. I recommend to that you do something like read the list of affirmations consciously daily if you want to speed up the process. Make sure the affirmations are present tense. I've seen some of their list and would delete a few that I cannot agree with because they are too far beyond my current belief. I've noticed too it's possible to run two sets of affirmations at random. Watch for conflicting ideas.
Change is always gradual. You'll not consciously notice anything because no choir starts signing hallelujah once you got it. The world just moves onto the next project at hand.
