I haven't used this software, but I used something VERY similar a few years ago. I did notice some results over a VERY LONG period of time (about 6 months) which could just as easily be attributed to constantly editing the affirmations - Which made me read over them and review them often.

From my experience I would suggest, if you use this software, to do the affirmations in "building blocks".
For example, say you wanted to work on feeling more confident dancing.

Start off with general beliefs necessary to start the process, for example:
- "I feel comfortable in nightclubs"
- "I trust my body"
- "I'm feeling more free and relaxed"

Focus on things such as that for a while then move onto more specific ones such as:
- "I'm enjoying dancing"
- "I enjoy people watching me dance"

It's a silly example, but I hope you get the idea.

In all honesty, though, I found the (older) software to sometimes mess up the images on my monitor and if I were trying to get results again, I would focus more on stuff like the Belief paraliminal or the NBG.
