Hi everyone,
Thanks for the response. I've started using the software myself and I can't really tell if anything is working but Alex does make sense in saying that change is gradual, and I might also add lasting change is gradual.
All the times in the past when I forced myself to make massive changes everything just seems to fall back to my old way of doing things. My strategy is just to consciously do things a little bit differently every day in the direction of my goals while the software and the paraliminals does what it does on the other than conscious part.
I've used Sedona to clear beliefs and found it a powerful emotional clearing tool. Hale Dwoskin is against the idea of affirmations or any kind of programming because he believes (according to a conference call) it will "undo the Method."
I am of the opinion however that programming is happening all around us all the time so I feel some form of "positive programming" is necessary to support the attainment of any goals and to keep our minds focus.
I personally don't care for the bundled affirmations provided and crafted my own or imported them from other sources. I got a copy of 'Permission to Succeed' by Noah St John, after reading about it on one of the posts on this forum and am wondering how "Afformations" will work subliminally so I'm gonna try that soon and let you know how its working for me.
