I too agree that transformation of core beliefs needs a lot of time and the changes are subtle. However the way that they sell the software isn't honest as they state that in 30 days you can feel the difference (at least this was quoted at the time I bought the product). They also didn't tell me about the image disturbances on my windows pc display. Things like this can tell a lot about their ideals and seriousness of a company or of a person taht stands behind the product or service - selling is more important than being straight forward and honest. Hypnotic marketing is more powerful, effective and easier than using a person's Heart. Anyway, this was some time ago...
Personally I found much more effective and satisfying while listening to the second part of the Holosync CD (when you are in a delta brain wave state - direct access to the subconscious) visualizing and mentally stating my new beliefs and dreams. I also combined it with the excellent ebook of Carol Look "Attracting Abundance with EFT" -
