At the moment I am usually practising 1/2 hour SFQ as soon as I wake up before I go to college as I don't have much space for it during the rest of the day (or I feel more easily motivated to practise as soon as I wake up).
I will normally eat breakfast or shower practically straight after Qi gong.
Chunyi Lin mentions how getting our hands or face wet or eating after practising can affect our energy.

Maybe a stupid question but I thought I'd see if anyone can give advice. Morning is a better time for me but should I try to organise doing it when I get home from college, around 6pm (when I suppose my energy could be less "awake")?
This would mean that I would have to do meditation in the morning instead, so I suppose I could have the same problem.

Thanks,
Theo
