Answer to question 1 Purpose which heightens curiosity.
Superread and dip or skitter to satisfy your curiosity. If you're lacking in purpose you'll find mind chatter taking over. Slowing you down as you Superread and causing you to dip more than necessary. Subvocalising isn't that bad as long as you're not moving your mouth and limit it to the dips. When you dip.think is this the answer? yes read enough? or no? move on quickly. Once you have the answer form the next question. Often what you just read brings up another question.
2 Cross-eye... no. You will see a blip page but are straining the eyes and it is not photofocus. Just relax your gaze. Look at something over the top of the book while noticing the four corners of the book. As a beginner the blip page will probably disappear from time to time as you turn the pages. Let it go keep noticing the four corners of the book and keep flipping. You cannot see a blip page on a single page nor computer screen unless you happen to have a program that is displaying two pages side by side.
