I've just started using Natural Brilliance. I'm at the point on Tape #1 where I am to "Diagnose [My] Stuck State." As I went down the list I determined there isn't any aspect of my life where I'm not "stuck"!

Any suggestions?

Jay

Keep going with the course. Noticing your stuck states is one step, releasing on getting hung up about them allows you to take action. So just keep going with the course you can work through them one at a time or in some cases groups.

Thanks for the reply, Alex.

Does that mean I simply bypass the "Worksheet for Side B of Step 1: Release" for now?

The ground rules for the course is to go through it in any manner that suits your learning style.

In going through the worksheet I would see if I can generalise. Afterall it says to go throught them all once lightly. Not to aim to be throrough here, it is just an exploration. The whole idea is to see where you are on the map... from your point of view. Meaning there is no wrong answer anyway. Having it written out on a worksheet helps you to see what you want to release so that you can move on.

You can bypass it and come back to it later but for some reason I have found it better to "do it now" when working with home study courses as I often forget to come back to it.

The next step will be releasing on everything you wrote down on the worksheet. So make a start write it down anyway. Remember you own the course and if you discover any that got away in your inital run through you can do it again. Bit like weeding a jungle, you pull out the noticable stuff first then you work on the little weeds

Never stuck?

A few tapes in the course myself and I can see stuck states everywhere in my life. Now it seems that every problem is a paradoxical problem... = )

Anyhoo... I like the course so far. Have had some different experiences in my life but nothing overwhelming. It'll be interesting to see where this takes me.

Hi Videoman,

Just push on through the course and do the exercises. I basically failed the exercises but I gave them my best shot. It does not matter if you don't come up with good answers for the exercises at first (or even any answers at all) - the point is that you went through the exercise and asked your brain those questions. Your brain knows where the stuck states are, even if you consciously can't think of any right now.

I think that a lot of the learning that occurs during the course and the execution of the technique after the course happens below the level of conscious thought.
