Hi Amethyst,
I'm also new to paraliminals, but I completely agree with using Anxiety-Free Session A for your upcoming assessment. You sound a lot like me in that the more you want the position, the more nerve-wracking it is. You know the subject matter and what the right answers are, but the stress of it can make your mind go completely blank. And maybe you even start babbling something nearly incoherent. (Well, I have.) I think Anxiety-Free will help you relax very much. You'll see yourself in the evening after the assessment is over, thrilled that the experience is behind you and you handled it with confidence. Then it's just a matter of completing the steps between here and there. No anxiety.
I would also like to suggest that you consider "Talking to Win." I haven't used it yet myself, but I would if I had an interview or presentation coming up soon. The description is very interesting, including something about using physiology and the environment to your advantage so you can communicate with ease. If you decide to listen to it, I'd love to hear your insights.
Good luck!
Karen
