Thanks Kevinfromnorthern could you point me to the reading section the sedona method, I could not find it with a search using sedona as the keyword

Aspects of the 12 step program is something I am working on and drawn back to often, as the problems of guilt/shame were caused during a time of addiction. but the 12 steps seems a long lonely path at times and some of the people I may of wronged in an emotional way are difficult to trace to carry out one aspect of the 12 steps. There are two I only know for sure I emotionally hurt anyway (the 2 that were the kindest to me). The others I dont know? do we hurt people just by being around them and negative with a mind bent in an addictive way? well we certainly dont help them. it is not that I stole anything or even talked bad about them behind their backs. Quite the contrary really.

Thanks again for your suggestions, I appreciate your good wishes and intentions
as mentioned before I am only aware of emtionally harming 2 people but where does it stop when we have been very negative. Unfortunately these people are now on the otherside of the world etc.

in regards to the bits you have quoted from my email, I am all for positive thinking but struggle to take it this far. Perhaps this is a issue you have opened up thats an obstacle to success??

I wish to maintain an open mind on this New History CD regarding if it works for me, I have not acquired it yet and wanted feedback before laying out money. I did find encouragement based on your replies though

I think I am familiar with your positive thinking scenario but we can all turn things into a placebo (and it may work in 30-40% of cases according to the science research??), sure who cares as long as it works, but my preference is to use free things as placebos like glasses of water, swims in a clear river etc, not things that are relatively expensive for me at this stage.

Even Bandler, one of the fathers of NLP I think, says it is a modality that works in many cases but not all and to try it and see for oneself.

best regards
