Raleigh answers: San Gaze will help you notice things further away from you , than normal vision. The rods of your eye can detect
candlelight at distance much further than the cones can.
This will not cause permanent farsightedness, however.
H:- Is it better to use photofocus technique while wearing eyeglasses or not?
Raleigh answers: Some people do better with glasses and many more
say they do better without glasses. This is because the rods are more sensitive to reading black on white print than the cones are.
I would say experiment with and without glasses and see which gives you better results
