Hello CamC

As per my understanding, Paraliminals are very flexible, in the sense that you can do anything with your thoughts while listening to them. As it has been said many times on this forum, that you can either concentrate on the voice in your left ear, or the voice in your right ear, or right in the middle or let your thoughts drift away. As per my definition of meditation, you are relaxed, calm, and have no anxiety. Your focus is inwards. You can definitely achieve the same effect while listening to Paraliminals. Further, while listening to Paraliminals you can concentrate on your breathing, which is already deep and relaxed by the time you are little ahead in your listening session.

You can also consider Sonic Access if you are primarily interested in meditation. Now, I haven't heard Sonic Access, so can't give you a well informed opinion on this. Maybe Alex or someone who has tried both Paraliminals and Sonic Access for meditation, is a better person to throw light on this "Sonic Access or Paraliminal for meditation.

I hope I have been of some help to you.

God bless you .

Kind regards
Vaibhav Sharma

Hi CamC,

You have an interesting question there......

I will like to share my experience --The first time i heard the paraliminal (courtesy, a dear friend of mine),that special instance i cannot forget ever!!!The moment i experienced was not only wonderful but something i wanted to stay in for a longer time-quiet and all by myself.

Now comming back to your question,

Is it "good" to meditate while listening to the Paraliminals?

Getting into the meditative state is not something one can force himself/herself to get into....It is something that just happens naturally ,the beauty of silence ,stillness,calmness,content,satisfied.......i can go on at that!!!The point is ,if your eyes are closed with no impression on the mind-mirror you are in it .
There is no question of good or bad .....
As vaibhav said,
"Paraliminals are very flexible, in the sense that you can do anything with your thoughts while listening to them."

You will notice thats the catch with paraliminals while you are juggling with your thoughts from left to right ear listening....at one instance u will stop doing that juggle. This is the junction where you are actually at the entrance of the inner YOU.
You move ahead with it or not its entirely the person's choice.

So, in the end i will just like to say,
It is not only good but very essential to naturally flow in the world of inner you .

Happy Listening

Regards,
Timtim

Hey guys, thanks for the replies, i greatly appreciate all the help!

Also, what about Sleep Listening? If you listened to a Paraliminal in your sleep say 7 times, would it be more, less, or equally as powerful as listening to it once every day for a week. This may be more of a question for Alex, but anyone who really knows this stuff might be able to help.

Depends on how long and at what time you are listening to. I don't recommend it for 7 days. Most Paraliminals only require one listening and if you want to sleep learn. Listen to the Paraliminal at some point during the day at least once.
