I am enjoying the course. My biggest problem with a lot of the paraliminals is my own: I have ADD and I have trouble choosing just one problem, issue etc. It does not help much for me (or someone else) to say, "just pick one".
What DOES help is the promise of being able to go back and do "multiple passes" on each issue or stuck state.
I still am having problems doing a completed work sheet.
I have listened to the entire coure one time and I am getting a lot out of the information. I have also done a few of the paraliminals that come with the course (at the end of each CD or Side B after "tape" or CD 1). I think it helping, but I really have a block (or stuck state) when it comes to setting the intentions for this and other paraliminals.
I willl log in with progress as it happens and I experience it.
