I feel like I'm spinning my wheels...Not to go to far in depth...I have so many dreams and aspirations, but I lack discpline and structure. I have a post earlier asking for help but I feel like I have to many options. I also haven't been able to shake the mind-set to get the job done. I know change is an inside job, I know I have to do the work but HOW???? Every day I don't get things done it kills me inside!!!

Break the Habit, Self-Esteem, New Behavior, History, Belief, Prosperity (the whole ultimate you), Genius Mind, Personal Celebrations....I don't need another program or CD I just want some forward results........

Tonight I had a good chat with a gent who has been semi-coaching me over the last while about pretty much the same thing you've written about. Here are some of his suggestions, which I intend to follow immediately:

1) Stop talking negatively to yourself and others about yourself. Every time you catch yourself saying something negative (even if only in your head to yourself), say "Cancel, Cancel", thank yourself for the awareness, and immediately replace it with something positive, or ask yourself the most positive question you can about your current situation. The voice that is inside that constantly critisizes you is a remmant (more than likely) of tapes others played for you long ago - it will become silent and stop bugging you when you decide that you are much better, much more talented, etc., than it has ever given you credit for being. Then be THAT person NOW.

2) Before you go to bed tonight (or in the morning, if you don't read this until them) write down ONE thing that you must get done tomorrow. It doesn't have to be anything huge or necessarily in line with your goals (but it would be wonderful if you did choose that) - just so that you hold yourself accountable for getting that one thing done, and doing it to the best of your ability BEFORE you move on to other things you normally busy yourself with in your day.

3) Do the same thing for the next several days, and when you are comfortable with getting ONE thing done each day, move it up a notch to TWO things done, and so on.

There is a saying I heard somewhere that if you want to get something done give it to the busiest person you know. Sometimes we keep ourselves "busy", but not necessarily productive, but once we learn the pattern of getting things done, our confidence level goes up, and we can become that person that is busy AND productive.

Trusting this helps a bit....

Cheers!
Unis

I also thank Unis for these sugestions from Unis' coach. I also thank daniel for starting this thread, because I have very similar issues and often have trouble focusing on what I need to, to even do the paraliminals I already have (which I think now include the following: GET AROUND TO IT, BREAK THE HABIT, PROSPERITY, NEW BEHAVIOR GENERATOR, NEW OPTION GENERATOR, SELF-ESTEEM SUPERCHARGER, 10 MINUTE SUPERCHARGER, NEW HISTORY GENERATOR, POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS, TALKING TO WIN and I just received and am working on the NATURAL BRILLIANCE couse).

One of the LS coaches recently told me that I should put on my "wish list" the PERSONAL GENIUS disc, because that would go so far into helping me solve the problem I was calling about (lack of being able to focus on a goal, image, model etc in a number of the paraliminals and in the NATURAL BRILLIANCE course).

Now, he may be right and that would be just the ticket to helping me break my logjam. But I really want to try and do this with the tools I now have (I also practice Qigong, including SFQ).

I do admit, however, that I am very intrigued by the SONIC ACCESS set and do have that on my wish list!

I've heard the "cancel, cancel" method from a hypnotist, I do keep filling my mind with positive seeds. One thing that I really like is having 3x5 cards with the outcome written on them. They are for work, charcter and spiritual outcomes. In one corner I have the word abdunace and the other corner I have a dream or goal. Its simple but not easy to look at on a regular basis. I am curious as to thinking negative, whats the line between knowing where I'm at and feeding positive into my mind? I do have a lot of work to do either way.

Hi Daniel, first of all (with all due respect) go back and read what you first posted. You are already in the wrong mindset. This will help you in your future. When you ask how....tell yourself and know that you do know how or that the "how" is obtainable and it will be an educational process and you will find the means to learn the "how". Bring your mindset back to positive and forward, when you question how, question it in a way that will bring that "how" to you.

Does that make sense.

You say "spinning my wheels"....this needs to change in your mind or you will forever "spin your wheels". "I lack discipline and structure" another negative you have in your mindset. Bring it foward and feel and BE disciplined and structured or "know" that there can be a way to be educated or equipped to become more "disciplined and structured".

Also maybe check your alignment (look it up in the dictionary). You need to be in alignment to have anything work for you more effectively. Mentally, morally and physically. If one of those are off, it will effect your results.

Hope this helps,

Kelly

It does help and I thank you very much. I often need reminders of the things I've already learned. What do you recomend to get that mind-set right? As I look at the post it does look very whiny, I understand its negative...however being honest and asking for help, I'm sure you'll agree is living in the soultion. Not trying to defend my statements, reasons or excuses the results are the same! I believe in the world around, within and the people that are a part of it.

Alignment: 1) The condition of having parts so adjusted.
2) The process of adjusting parts so that they are in proper relative position.
3) An arrangement or alliance of groups.

I agree Daniel, I completely understand you were reaching out for help and didn't take your post as bad or such, I just didn't know if you were sabataging yourself in doing so.

Don't worry about the "how" the "how" will show up when you have the "belief", when you put your intentions and attention on what you want. Again, don't worry about the "how" bring in the "belief" part and visualize it, feel it, and be it.....the "how" will present itself.

I know that sounds weird but its true....if you want something bad enough, and you put all your attention on that, and visualize it, and believe it.....the "how" will come to you. Lets say you are at a car dealership and there is a car you REALLY want, and you want it so bad you can taste it. And then something happens with financing or something (the financing doesn't quite work out).....no problem, go over, under, around or through it. There is always a way, if you want it bad enough and if you have the right belief that you can have it. Doesn't mean it will happen right then and there.....it may take a day, or 2 or a week or months or a year, but eventually your belief will bring into play that "how" to get to that point. As long as your focus and attention is on that want.

Does that make sense? Trying to show a parallel not sure if it confused you.

Kelly

Yes it makes perfect sense. Over the last fews days I've spent time in self-hypnosis looking back at my mind set. I've looked back on a month to month basis, its kinda neat being able to recall something from every month for the past 7 years. I've done it 3 times total, the 1st I was able to "flush" the negative mind set. The other 2 times I didn't "flush" the mind set, I was interupted and fell asleep. I think its a good start. Looking to find the root of the belief "flush" the negative and use the tools we have access to...to replant the seed.
