... That was a very good answer and advise... I have to tell you I got the sonic access advertising in the mail and I read it and it was talking about intensions for the meditation music part of it... Well that is the kind of intension is what feels better for me... symbols, religious statue, a crystal, your breathing, problem solving, higher power, or not sure but maybe even just one word! Am I nuts or what? lol
