Hello, I am new on this and I am excited with the technique but I still have questions after read the book twice.
How many time do I have to expend to prepare a book for example?
I do not know if I am doing it well...
I stablish my purpose and try to use the tangerine technique to view the structure of the book, is that ok?

Not much, I like to read the covers, forward, and table of contents. Then sit back for a minute or so and reflect on why I want to read this book, what I think this book Might have to offer me, and how I think the information in this book will benefit me towards my goals. Then using those thoughts I set a general purpose. Then dive right in and preview for a bit, however long I feel I need to. Then I re-examine my purpose in light of any new information I gathered form previewing and refine my goals and purpose for engaging in the literature. Then. PR time!

Sure! Try it out for a while. See if it works for you, if yea! then stick with it(Or change it a bit so it works even better). If not...Try another method based on what you've learned. If all you learned was that that method Doesnt work for you. Then think of a completely different approach and try that! Point is, Experiment. You'll never find what works for you unless you find out what wont!

Hello el_gato_conbotas

Welcome aboard my friend, and it is really heartening to know that you are excited with the technique (Photoreading whole mind system). You are most welcome with your questions. Further, start practicising what you have read i the PhotoReading book. Don't wait for the right time for there never will be a right time better than now.

As of now I think that you are slightly confused between Step 1. Prepare and Step 2. Preview. You never prepare a book, rather you prepare yourself by following the steps given in the book PhotoReading Chapter Three on page 29.

Further you use Tangerine technique to enter ideal state. Once you are in flow state, you can move on to Preview step.

I hope I have been of some help to you.

God Bless you

Kind regards
Vaibhav Sharma

It takes 30 seconds to prepare. Do it before each step.

The tangerine is to help you get into your ideal state for reading.
