Over the past two weeks I have let a lot of negative thoughts creep into my mind and has resulted in the feeling of being lost. I'm working on my visualization again and trying to get back on track. Any suggestions, tips, tricks etc on how to remain in line with LOA. It's funny that I'm writing this because in the past when I have been centered I've read these types of posts and wondered how that person managed to get so off-centered.

Hi Mitchell,

Relax, life is a sequence of ups and downs and everything is allright with you. I can't help feeling it, but your mail tells me that you are in a state of panic. Please correct me, if I am wrong.

I have ordered my Abundance for Life course and it is on its way so I can't guide you with anything specific in the course, but I will try to make some general comments to help you out of your situation. As far as your negative thoughts are concerned, don't resist them, let them flow. Don't pay attention to them, just discard them and tell yourself that this is not possible and try replacing that thought with a positive thought instead. You can listen to some self-help audio books if you have. You can also listen to the Paraliminals - Self Esteem Supercharger, Deep Relaxation.

Try watching an inspirational movie or read few inspirational strories. Write or talk about your dreams. And I believe that you will be centered once again.

I hope I have been of some help to you.

God Bless You.

Kind regards

Hi Mitchell;

Sometimes when your mind will wander and negative thoughts come up, it is like being drug around by a large untrained dog on a leash. Soon as another smell or animal comes in the picture, off it goes. This is the only thing it knows to do and as long as you let it have it's way you will continue to have the same results.

So what I suggest is sitting down and writing out what you want in life, try to find an affirmation that descibes it or has meaning for you.

This is your focus. Everytime your large dog trys to drag you someplace else, pull out your affirmation and refocus on it. Train your dog to do what you want. And reward/acknowledge it when you get what you have focused on.

The mind will deliver what you focus on. If you have no focus then it goes off and finds something itself. Normally negative things that are put out by the media are the easiest to pick up.

Getting you mind under control is sort of like going out and capturing wild horses, breaking them and getting the whole herd to pull your stagecoach. It ain't easy. Once you've got them saddled up, you've now really got something to work with you just need some cargo and a direction for them to go to work.

In electricity magnets are used to align the electrons so they can be driven down wires. The magnet aligns the electrons like soldiers in formation. adding a little current to the magnet will magnify it's power many times. A generator sends the electrons on their way.

So what is your magnet that will align all these thoughts and get all your own horsepower going the same direction? The magnet is what you focus your thoughts on such as a affirmation or having a purpose or cause in life. These things are all like magnets for the mind to harness your power.

The thing is, it doesn't matter if it's right or wrong. If it's lame or perfect, your mind will go to work on it anyway. It just wants to go to work so you might as well channel it to get the best results you can from this natural things that is happening anyway.

And you can always change your focus, you are not stuck forever on a choosen path. If you find something better or a more productive, easier way of doing things, then change your focus.

I find it good to return to the Clear Mind Bright Future course when I've lost focus on my goals. It helps me establish new goals. The reason I lose focus is either something else has come up that has taken priority and I haven't acknowledged it or I have no plan for the next step on my original goals.

Clear Mind Bright Future can help me get focus in about 4 hours where I could drift around wondering what I should be doing for my lifetime goals for weeks.

Alex
