I see there is a Session A and a Session B on the Belief Paraliminal. My question is kind of sequense should i follow Ex// a,b,a,b,b,b and how long until i see great results????

I depends on what you are working on. Some beliefs it's just once with session A or B others might be ABAB.

Define "great results" That's not measurable is it?

The belief is not actually new. It's a choice between alternatives. And it's probably one you believe in certain areas and not others. So the Belief Paraliminal gets you to look at options and why this belief might be better to adopt than an alternative.
