Hi:
I took my NLP Practitioners certification course this weekend, and one of the things we worked with was called "The Meta Model". It is an exquisite way of going through various questions which will provide you with the "inside" story on exactly what you want.
We tend toward fuzzy thinking because it is more comfortable, possibly less time-consuming, and hey, if you haven't made a decision yet, how can you be blamed for anything, so it's a "dodge" to taking responsibility.
I would suggest either work fairly consistently with the paraliminals, because they are based on using these concepts, or find someone who has been using NLP in practice for a while, and have them work through The Meta Model with you.
Getting clarity is essential if you're going to do anything worthwhile in life. You cannot even take
responsible action unless you know what you're moving toward. Beyond that, once you understand how you make decisions, it becomes much easier.
So - Go for it!
Cheers!
Unis
