For those of you who do not want to take an NLP practitioner course (and I recomend you DO) or can't find a practitioner in your area, one of Bandler and Grinders earliest and most important books is an excellent introduction. It is called The Structure of Magic 1, and outlines the Meta Model and how to begin using it.
Unis- that is wonderful! This is a powerful tool set for you professionaly, and as you integrate this into your own internal dialogue you will naturaly have more and more clarity. When I read your post, I thought "Hey, yeah, the Meta Model. I forgot about that!" But as I looked at my internal dialogue, I noticed that these patterns are natural to me- I stopped noticing them consiously after they became habit long ago!
