Thanks, vita-man, for your encouraging comments.....

Not to throw this thread completely off track, but I just wanted to say that this NLP course was HUGE for me. I cleared out so much of my own garbage across four days that I feel a couple of tonnes lighter in the emotional areas, and it is also working on the physical level as well to "release" the weighty issues I have had.

I think the best thing, though, is I finally sat down (at the beginning of the course) and wrote out goals I wanted to achieve (3 or 4 for each of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual) across the course. I hit on most of them at least once. It was extremely empowering! I no longer fear sitting down to write goals, because now I have a way to work through them. And I'm in love with the "Meta Model" stuff - simply elegant!!!

Yes, definitely if you get the opportunity (even if you're not a hypnotist), take the basic NLP course, or get involved in a group where it is discussed on a regular basis - many NLP practitioners offer these evenings at little cost - and you can learn so much.

I can hardly wait for the Master Practioner course coming in October - and I'm definitely putting it out to the Universe that the cash to do so will be available. (I waited for two years to have the financial means to take the current course - that was just too long!).

Cheers!
