Hello.I am new to this posting. my question is, I seem unable to breath in - visualise - count - and om all at the same time.For instance 10,000 hands. The om is mentioned on audio but not on video.also what is the procedure to send healing, it dose not seem to be in level 2 ?, if this is so and level 3 is not to be available this seems to leave us rather stranded, apart from doing what you feel could work,maybe the level 2 active exercises plus visualization. Even maybe putting the person in the ball from level one.Well hope you can help with some good advice.A happy and healthy life to you all
