It seems I have put my question badly. whilst doing the 10,000 hands exercise you breath in and out, visualize, count the pause at top of head, and chant the ohmm. This I find difficult to achieve. Also what is the procedure to send distance healing, it dose not seem to be in level 2 ?, if this is so and level 3 is not to be available, this seems to leave us rather stranded.
