So as not to leave you both hanging,
it is suggested that you take a 5 minute break
after 25 minutes of PR. The suggestion
is to use the break for something other than PR.

It is also suggested that you take a
drink of water at the break since PR tends to dehydrate
your brain.

I may have the timing off slightly, but
it is pretty close to the suggestion.
