Did you read the photoreading book? No rapid reading is not the in 1/3 the time. Rapid reading is the last resort after you have exhausted superreading and dipping and skittering. Rapid reading is the slowest. Superreading and dipping is the fastest, skittering is the next fastest and many photoreaders don't even use rapid reading because they have gotten everything they want from the book by purpose, mind-probing questions, superreading and dipping and skittering or a combination of superreading and dipping and skittering and mind-mapping.
