Over the past two weeks I have let a lot of negative thoughts creep into my mind and has resulted in the feeling of being lost. I'm working on my visualization again and trying to get back on track. Any suggestions, tips, tricks etc on how to remain in line with LOA. It's funny that I'm writing this because in the past when I have been centered I've read these types of posts and wondered how that person managed to get so off-centered.

Try listening to Prosperity CD. Set your intention beforehand, attract positive thougths and positive vibration. Alternatively you might try new behaviour generator and set intent to generate consistent positive behaviour such as reading everything you can find on Laws of Attraction or watching positive movies like The Secret.

Prosperity CD should do the trick.

Hi Tonay;

an old method taught to me by best teachers was to stand up and say with full conviction "I Can". Your intention is everything here, such as I can be positive, I can make this touchdown, I can do anything.

what this does is pretty much reboots your system and can be tested with simple kineseology tests so you can see the difference in yourself, if you need proof.

When Mr Negative shows up try the "I Can" thing and see if he doesn't go away.

Here is a website that offers a free program for improving the quality of one's thoughts based on a cognitive-emotive approach.

Hey thanks! My counsellor had recommended cognitive therapy for me but I turned it down. I just visited the site and it's pretty good! Thank you for sharing.
