"Silly" mistakes might have to do with study techniques or study habits. Listen to Personal Genius before you sit down to study. You'll relax and quickly enter into an ideal state for learning new information. Personal Genius also gives you the concept of capability and support for your learning. It's the "self-esteem supercharger" for students.

Taking breaks every 20 -25 minutes is also effective. Then listen to the Memory Supercharger the night after studying or the night or morning before your test. This will help you access your greater memory bank, your other than conscious mind, so that the information you absorbed while studying will be available to you, and without the common urgency that makes people shut down when they take a test.

Good luck!
