Would be interested in getting others thought on this.
I have been using the Paraliminals for ages and I've recently got the Sonic Access set too.
I find though that no matter how alert I am, I literally knock off 2 to 3 minutes into the Paraliminal.
VERY rarely am I concious throughout the whole paraliminal.
The thing is I am instantly awake and sometimes also very alert at the end of the it. i.e normally wake up when he's counting you up.
(with the sonic access, I wake up just before the song at the end of the paraliminal and it really is quite estatic)
This happend with all Paraliminals I use!
Having studied Hypnosis some, I am aware that subjects sometimes go into deep trance and don't remember much of a session.
Can I assume this is the same?
