Practically the same thing happens to me when listening to the paraliminals. After 5 minutes I am in "lala land", LOL.

Sometimes I force myself to listen to the whole hypnosis track so that it will be easier for me to understand what is being said on the track when being in trance/half sleep on later sessions. I think my subconcious mind will easier digest it when I've listened to it fully concious once.

hi alex and all

this must have been asked dozen times or more, but i am trying out the sonic access, usually at night, laying down on my bed, before i go to sleep.

1) is it preferable i stay awake during the session? or is it ok i listen to it in my sleep?

2) while sleeping, is it ok i listen to the session the whole night till i wake up the next morning?

thanx

I came here because I just started using the paraliminals and with the few I've tried so far, that's exactly what happens to me - I feel like I'm falling asleep, but I come out of it as the end music plays (or as the B session track begins).

I wondered a) if I was falling asleep and b) if this stuff was doing me any good, since I seem to be sleeping through it.

Even in the early part of the session, when I'm still conscious, I lose awareness of what the voice tracks are saying very quickly.

So far I've tried New Behavior Generator and Positive Relationships. I felt as if I had fallen asleep with both of those. I've also used the Holosync meditation programs. Same thing there. I guess it's not that unusual.

for Paraliminals lying back and falling asleep this okay.

For Sonic Access, I recommend using them at a different time of day rather than before going to sleep. They are designed to help you train in meditating. So I would be more inclined to do them, sitting up. Sonic Access is not designed for sleep learning.

I'm new here and this is my first post. I am a certified hypnotist (although not by profession ) and know a thing or two about hypnosis and you are certainly going into a form of deep trance which is very beneficial.

I won't go into long detail about hypnosis here unless others are intersted and want me to post the details, but essentially when you go into trance your subconscious is opened and the "critical mind" is on a break so to speak. This gives direct access to the subconscious and allows it to be reprogrammed. How long this takes depends on a person's particular "suggestibility". For some one or two sessions does the trick, others takes quite some time. Of course it also depends on how deeply ingrained a particular program is in the mind.

Homeostases is the key thing here. I can explain about that in a future e-mail. Essentially homeostases is what makes it difficult to change. That is a key part to change is overcoming this very powerful natural act.

Best of luck on the programs.
