I'm new here and this is my first post. I am a certified hypnotist (although not by profession ) and know a thing or two about hypnosis and you are certainly going into a form of deep trance which is very beneficial.

I won't go into long detail about hypnosis here unless others are intersted and want me to post the details, but essentially when you go into trance your subconscious is opened and the "critical mind" is on a break so to speak. This gives direct access to the subconscious and allows it to be reprogrammed. How long this takes depends on a person's particular "suggestibility". For some one or two sessions does the trick, others takes quite some time. Of course it also depends on how deeply ingrained a particular program is in the mind.

Homeostases is the key thing here. I can explain about that in a future e-mail. Essentially homeostases is what makes it difficult to change. That is a key part to change is overcoming this very powerful natural act.

Best of luck on the programs.
