Just in the past 2 days I have had defensive thoughts or memories about whatever, and I think the password or even just say to myself something like...let the energy flow...and I am calm again! No need for that, my ego...
Love this stuff! A difficult situation came up wrought with drama and power struggle. Very upsetting... I did an active session to regain some composure(should have done it BEFORE...DUH), and miraculously, pieces fell together and resolved the situation in a way I could not even have imagined or created myself! Only by being in the Universe's perfect Harmony.
SFQ in action...Harmony of the Universe manifested!
