Hi all, (especially Alex)

What can be recommended when a person is phobic of himself? I've been doubting I might be such a person, quite a while now already. It sort of "clicks" in place.

But, since this kind of things are not easy to handle, I have said nothing to anuone. Or written. It feels sort of too embarrasing to admit something like this. Or even doubt. Especially because this is the very example Richard Bandler uses to demonstrate how there can be phobias that cannot be cured with the NLP phobia cure (which btw is one of my favourites!). Admitting this feels like I want to make myself too special by having this kind of difficult problem.

But, again, I have come to the conclusion it's time to change it. How ever embarrasing it might be.

To descrobe some things I feel: I feel very uncomfortable when looking myself fromn the outside, Seeing photos of myself is frightening. Hearing myself is embarrasing. Knowing that I exist is sort of "wrong". Oh my. So I'm stuck inside myself and can take only short glances from outside. Consumes enormous amounts of energy!

It's also difficukt to be inside me, that is, fully associated. I'm sort of trying to be in between os associated and dissociated, which, as far as I understand, is extremely difficult. But somehow I seem to manage.

Anyway, I got to go. Just had to get this out of my system.
