I don't have the Genius Mind DVD, but I've done Brain Gym from a book. Maybe it's different learned from a DVD or ive seminar. I find the exercises refreshing during work days.
Shamanic healing certainly, sounds different. And hoistic. Which is certainly what I need. Let's see if my OTC mind feels I can use it. ;-)
