hello friends,
I am about to begin my journey with the "Natural Brilliance" course on Sunday. I have a question that maybe you can help me with before I begin. I plan on photoreading the book on Saturday evening. Then on Sunday morning I will listen to Tape 1 side A. Later in the day I will activate the book with maybe 3 questions I will be pursing an answer from the author. I haven't formulated these as yet, other than asking, "what will I learn from the Natural Brilliance course.

Naturally, I will proceed with what the tape 1-A suggests to do on this day too. Before retiring to bed I will listen to the Natural Brilliance Generator Side A as suggested by the work book. The following morning I will listen to Side B of that tape. Later that evening I will listen to Side B of the frist tape.

Beginning with Tuesday I will do each step one day at a time. Here is where my question lies that maybe your experience may help me. Do you recommend listening to Side A of each of the 4 steps in the morning, doing the lesson plan work sheets / questions and then listening to side B the paraliminal or do you think it may have better results listening to the paraliminal before retiring that night.

Maybe there are some specific instructions that I am not aware of too that may be given on the first tape. Since I am planning some activities on these days as well being that it is my vacation time, your advice with this may be helpfull with my daily planning.

Thanks for your ear and I will keep you all posted as I progress through the course.

Hi iamog!

They way I used them...

I listened to 1A/1B in the afternoon. NBG-A before sleep and NBG-B after breakfast.

It's okay to listen to the B-sides after the A-sides. I would think that it's the best. First on the A-side you get the conscious information and on the B-side you get the paraliminal for your other than concious.

Wishing you the best!

Tore

I also found it helpful to set an hour aside during the day and do sides A/B in that hour. Mornings was interesting because it carried over into the rest of the day.

Hi'ya all,
thanks for the info TORE and ALEXK. I think i will modify my plan a little and do sides A & B of the four steps like you are suggesting ALEXK. I believe after a morning walk would be best. ALEXK, do you think an hour is enough time. Probably huh. From some of the posts I've read it apprears like you can spend too much time or thinking on the work book portion. What I mean is an individual may overwhelm themeselves on too many things like "stuck states" rather than concentrating on one or a few. What do you think of this?

TORE, did the NGB give your internal engine more power by listening to it as suggested--Side A at night and Side B the following Morning. Can you expand on your experience or feelings?

Thanks for the input friends, I'll be keeping you informed of any discoveries or questions as I pursue this quest!

I found using the NBG morning and night beneficial.

As to an hour being enough. I found that it was. Ideas and thoughts can come up later during the day. So carrying a notebook is advisable anyway.

Yo iamog!

Effects of the NBG? I actually rely a lot on the other than conscious processing and not as much on the excercises. I do love to use the paraliminal tapes. What are my experience? That I really considered going to America to the course that LSC are having this summer. That would be a no-no before. My stop-signs would blare in my face and tell me to go the safer way. Now I consider what was previously not remotely possible. I don't have the time to go that week but otherwise I'd be there. That's a huge change for me. My fears seems to dissolve.

The week when I was doing the NB-course it seemed like I was reconsidering all of my limiting thoughts. Perhaps not all, but many. Those that were fear-driven at least. Those I would look at with very pragmatic eyes instead of feeling-based. I would just dissolve my fear with new thoughts about how the world looked like. Tres cool...

My main purpose was to be able to learn Photoread and dissolve my frustration at learning things. This seems to have side effects. I find that I want to practice things so I can get better. That's a new habit to me. A welcome one.

Have I found effects of the NB-course? Of course, but it's hard to discern what is NB and the other paraliminal tapes that I use. I guess I will define my history in pre and post LS....... I'm different now. I love it.

Again, my best wishes!

Tore
