Hi all,

I've been using SA sussess over a week now. I've noticed I wake up now earlier, like 2 hours before I have to. And feel tired. Not able to sleep. In the evenings I feel very tired, naturally, lacking 2 hours of sleep. I faal asleep easily, though.

I was traveing for a couple of days and forgot to take the cd with me.. and the first night I woke up early. after that slept later. I guess the effects of SAS were wearing off.

Has anuone else had this kind of experiences? I would be very interested to hear.

Though i have to admit, SAS is the only product so far that has been able to put me unconscious for a while, when listening to it. No other product has ever been able to do that. And, I have to say I have used many!! Not only LSC but various others. During 12 years now.

I wake up in the end before the music. There was some hilarious discussiion about the music in another thread in this forum. some people said the music is " dorky". ;-) I could agree to a pint... But then again, i find there is some kind of sincerity, simple acceptance and humility in the music. it's sort of made in a way that is not concerned whether someone feels its dorky or corny os cheezy or whatever. it just is. Thjat, I find appealing.

Interesting to see this question today after reading an article about the second sleep gene needing potassium.

Okay what happens when you listen to a Sonic Access CD is you are creating new neural networks and putting the synapses to work.

The article mentioned at the brain requires potassium to strengthen these synapses, during sleep. If you lack in sleep then the synapses don't connect and you have difficulty with learning and memory. But it seems you also need enough potassium in order to get sound sleep. If that's all true then to get more sleep eat a banana.

I don't know if that works but I see no harm in trying a banana smoothie during the day to boost a good night sleep while we're putting the brain to work with Paraliminals and Sonic Access.

As for the songs. It's seems to be agreed dorky they may be but we have more people coming back to say they love them than those who cannot stand it.

Hmmm... interesting! I have lately been very attracted to banana smoothies! for a couple of months or so. And I had been disliking bananas for years! ;-)

I drink quite a lot of tea every day. Maybe too much. Maybe potassium is leeaking out of my body ;-) ;-) ?

I wrote an answer to your response in the Beyond human Forum asking for help from your OTC mind. Go and read it again. Your response here seems to be closer what I'm after... It sort of clicks in place.

My response here was purely from an encounter with a science article today and has nothing to do with OTC it' was all consciously considered few hours ago when I read the article and what I posted was part of my writing for my blog.

Alex, I know what I know. Banana smoothies "clicked in place".
