As for the purpose of the board, yes, that's the purpose, but I doubt that the staff works 24/7, and the other posts you see here are just folks who also use these products. Sometimes someone has a great answer to a question, and sometimes we're stumped, too.
Which makes me also wonder: what answers did you find? I'd be interested to know, too.
