Well, things are starting to fall into place. I went back and spent more time with the NBG-A, and focused on establishing an organizational approach. Sort of like working a puzzle, and focusing on one area as the "right" pieces appear, then focusing on another in the same manner. This allowed me to make progress in more than one area at a time without the frustration of needing to do it all at once, or just focusing on one thing at the expense of another.
It required that I allow some pieces to wait until there was a fit...in other words...an exercise in "letting go." In doing that, I discovered a sense of freedom I haven't felt in a very long time.
I sometimes use NHG-B to review my day, and it's then I really see what I have accomplished without focusing on the guilt behind what didn't get done.
