Big thanks, Dave and Alex! You both have great suggestions.

Dave - it sounds like maybe you've been there with feeling "like crap" for days and weeks on end. I hope I'm wrong about that! It definitely is no fun, especially for someone like me who used to have limitless energy and optimism, and was high on life. Anyway, I think I "couldn't see the forest for the trees" here - you made me say "Well, duh!" Health is where I'll start. :-)

Alex, I'm so grateful for your New Options Generator suggestion. I'm not sure I would have known enough at the beginning of my experience with these CDs to hone my choices by using that program. How perfect! I can't wait to try it.

So it sounds like maybe I should start on health to get that ball rolling, and then within a week or so start on NOG since I'll be gaining energy from my new-found healthy outlook. Does that sound like it makes a good plan?

It's a plan. Success comes from making a decision and following through on it. Nine times out of ten it doesn't matter what the decision is it's just action that gets you the momentum to get moving again.

Alex
