And again... I would like to refocus on the intention of my original post which was about Awareness and how one is working with energy~ *and how the energy is working with you!*~ and the depth that it can go when practicing SFQ; how wonderful SFQ is, how potent it is; that this energy from Master Lin has been reaching even into my dreams to direct my energies to heal on ever deeper levels, and bringing me into deeper balance and healing.
When one experiences the increasing depth of healing, it begins to spill into the day to day state of being and activities(after all, you are your own witness)and day to day awareness *effortlessly and naturally*...in other words~the *practice* is the thing, rather than a struggle to heal or maintain awareness...that is part of the beauty of SFQ...everything else is detail...
That was the whole purpose of my sharing the story...it is all there...
"I feel the practice has gone much deeper. Into inner blockages that are perhaps not even from this life(accepting that we live many lifetimes)and releasing things deep inside that I do not need to be aware of consciously or examine. Just gone like smoke to the end of the Universe..."
