Try doing a search on Silva. I remember Alex making
some comment awhile back about it. Yes, going to
Alpha is important and Silva is helpful. But I think
the brain is at Alpha and Beta when you do PhotoReading.
I could be wrong about that and I'm sure Alex will correct
me and answer your question at some point.

Try doing a search on Alpha and Beta although
the search engine here is sometimes confusing
and you may not get the results you are looking
for, but it is still there.

Yes. You can use the three-finger technique.

I find some of what Paul Sheele uses with
Learning Strategies to be similar to what
Silva teaches. Silva has changed over the
years and their techniques have been simplified
in their other than basic courses. Eventually,
Silva gets you to the point where you can
just think the number one and you are there
without the three-finger technique although
you can still use it if you wish. This is how
I remember my last course which I took over
15 years ago. Since they are evolving, it might
be different now.

Paul's 3 - 2 - 1 countdown is similar to Silva's
or so I find it.

In my opinion, all these techniques are geed
to get you started, but you have to apply them
and modify them as you see what works best
for you. They are also great tools to bring
you back to basics when you get lost or have
not been using the methods for a long period
of time.

If there is something I stated incorrectly,
please correct me. I know Alex is more
familiar with Silva currently than I am and
she can probably give a greater insight.

Courses will be translated as soon as someone capable in the language can translate them. The book has already been translated into 11 languages.

If you're already familiar with entering your Level which is the same as Accelerated Learning State go ahead and use that. Just make sure you state your purpose and affirmations while in the Accelerated Learning State try not to rush it too much just because you know the 3 finger technique. It will get in the way of flipping the pages so you might want to use the trigger we create by following the steps and 3 deep breaths.
