I wonder if you can know if you have photoread corectly without activating it, or do you have to activate it manually to see if you have succeded with photoreading a book.

one more question (little of topic though): How does it feel when you guys are in the accelerated learning state. Have I entered the state when I feel calm?

Hey

See your other thread, if you follow the steps in the book \ course then you have successfully photoread. Accept that this is your case and you are working with your mind rather than against it!

For me, I feel relaxed, centered and present in the moment, it's a great state to be in, I find it very refreshing.

well the problem is that I have followed the steps in the book, but I am worried about how relaxed I should be (sounds silly), but can't you know when you are ready. It is so hard to know if you are ready to photoread or not.

Relaxed is when you are feeling okay, close to how you feel when you unwind in a bath. You're not relaxed when you feel like you're being chased by some crazy woman with a stick.

Just follow the steps for entering the Accelerated Learning State it should take no more than 5 minutes for beginners, it's longest the first time when you do it with Paul. 3 minutes is enough after about a week and three deep breaths after about 4 weeks when you doing it on your own.

Don't get too wrapped up on it. Just close your eye do the 3-2 -1 say your affirmations and state your purpose, imagine with your eyes closed you are entering photofocus, open your eyes and photofocus, begin turning the pages. You'll move out of the Accelerated Learning State into the PhotoReading state within a few pages.
