Okay, thanks guys. When i super read should the text be a little blurred? Because i can get more of the sentence if I do that. It's hard to understand what paul means in the book. Or mayby should i use the perephiral vision?
And I wonder a thing guys. How did you guys first notice the feeling ? And how is the feeling you are getting, are the mind just telling you to dip or do you get any special pictures in your mind.
