I would say no the text should not be blurred when superreading. I would say there is a attraction something is urging you to stop and dip. One thing that you may find very helpful is constantly keep your purpose at the forefront of your mind when superreading. Then when you dip ask yourself is the sentence or words i just dipped into how is that related to my purpose?
