Normally when you read you only see one word at a time consciously. By relaxing a little more and using the tangerine technique you should expand that to about the width of 4 to 6 words or not quite the width of the narrowest side of a business card.
In the beginning allow yourself to dip more but pull out fast if it doesn't start making sense and answering your question with a phrase. If it is just hang about for another phrase or two, maybe a sentence occasionally the paragraph is everything you want from the chapter. Just keep moving. Remember you can superread and dip a section, page or chapter a few times. Perhaps with a whole series of questions. The more details you want the more questions you will have.
