Firstly I think that "worry" is counterproductive to relaxation, a fundamental part of accelerated learning and hence photoreading.

So to quote Bobby McFerrin, don't worry, be happy!
You can see the blip page, you are PR'ing fine, move on!

PR gets my mind swimming in many ways, sometimes I have dreamt about scenes in novels I haven't actually rapid read yet!

Other times, I have come to conclusions about theories and ideas that are based on stuff I haven't activated and, occassionally I get a number in my head that is the most important page in the book i am activating, to meet my purpose.

And my answer is the more active you are in the reading process, the more effect you can expect your reading to have on your everyday thoughts. Beware... it's addictive!
