Alex your response sounds almost hostile. If you think that my intentions were not honest then sorry if I came across that way but that was not my intention at all. Before sitting down and investing my money and TIME, my money can be returned through a guarantee but my time( which is the most precious commodity) cannot. I would like to know what others have experienced through this program? I think that is a fair question. If my questions do come across as somewhat ignorant, well I apologize but they are. As I don't know all that much about this method other than what i've read about it but I'm not convinced enough to order yet as no one has given clear testimonials (personal ones) that this has worked for them.
How many books do you photoread each week or month? The reason I ask this is because I too can speed read through a bunch of books , I am trying to see if this is a skill that people repeatedly use, effectively.
I need to be able to seperate hype from reality if I am to invest my time, money and energy on this. I hope you understand and can possibly fill me in some more. Thanks for any info.
No need to apologise. You may read it how you want. Your questions are such that no one will answer them and I find it impossible to give long answers for everyone so I gave a direct and honest answer to your specific questions. They weren't written with a hostile heart. I was trying to figure out how the answers would help you.
If you want a better idea of what the system is about why don't you check out the PhotoReading website? It has a few audios and videos. Learning Strategies will even send out a free CD with the video. (international customers will need to pay shipping but the CD is free.) The CD will give you an insight to how it works.
For everyone it takes as long as it takes for them to learn the system with the home study course. If you take a live seminar you'll learn it a weekend. If you take a private class with me you learn PhotoReading and some stuff not taught in the PhotoReading course in 2 days. No one has ever left one of my classes without seeing and experiencing for their self that they can get their reading done in 1/3rd the time or less by using the PhotoReading system.
How many books you read in a week is up to you. It always has been a personal choice and you don't lose that when you learn PhotoReading. I do read as many books as I want. Also a lot of websites and news feeds, articles. So some weeks I don't activate any books any and that is as many as I want. To give you a number is misleading. It doesn't tell you how much I read never the less I do cover a lot of reading material each day.
Alex
