Hi Matt,
I tried the "conversation concept" to PR today with 3 books and I have to say that it's a much more interesting way to PR than the pragmatic, dry approach outlined in the book.
I'm much more motivated and active because of this.
It's not perfect yet but I'll play around with it until I've adapted the basic concept and the conversation concept to my needs.
